I have lost tons of extra weight . . . quit taking medication
I was in my early 40s then and thought that I was leading a so-called “healthy lifestyle,” but things were starting to change. I was starting to feel more fatigued, my doctor had diagnosed me with osteoarthritis in my knees, for which I was taking Tylenol (because I didn’t want to take the prescription drugs that the doctor recommended), and had great difficulty sleeping because of the pain. As well, I just physically didn’t feel good about myself even though I am an aerobics instructor and was instructing about nine classes per week.
I started the program and change my eating habits as a result; by the summer of that year I had lost 30 pounds without even trying. I am off all medication for my knees and sleep like a baby; I can lift heavier weights and instruct more aerobics classes with energy to spare.
